Mark’s vast experience as a Registered Quantity Surveyor allows clients to benefit from a rare combination of number crunching and practical design expertise. His remit is to add value wherever possible, and build long-term relationships with our clients along the way. Mark’s industry contacts in New Zealand are outstanding, bringing in the right people, for the right job, every time.
SHAUN RYAN
Project Manager | Director
Shaun has over 25-years of experience in the construction industry; and hails from a family of builders and architectural draughtsmen. A lifetime of gleaning broad and refined technical knowledge backed up by formal building qualifications naturally take effect in his role. He manages contractors, tradespeople and the overall projects on-site – making sure everything is order and on track. Shaun’s problem solving and can-do attitude has won him many loyal clients, and his leadership skills continue to develop and bring out the best in this powerful team.
SHANNON STEEN
Quantity Surveyor | Director
With a 25-year career as a Quantity Surveyor and estimator, Shannon’s focus is mainly on the commercial side of operations. His diligent, hands-on approach to projects involves proactively managing costs and delivering quotes when they’re needed –but his experience also extends to the sites too. Shannon enjoys the dynamic, fast-moving nimble environment of Axiom Projects and enjoys nothing more turning nothing into something – or as he says ‘working with the team to get it done’.
